The set up includes 24 chairs which makes this package great for micro weddings.

Celebrant
You get a passionate, vibrant and engaging Celebrant who will deliver your ceremony uniquely and entertainingly.
This package included a Simple Wedding Ceremony, this means that you get my standard wedding script with a little bit of customisation.
All aspects that you would expect within a ceremony are also included, such as Ring Exchange and Personalised Vows.
Professional photographer
A professional photographer to capture your special day.
All photographers are hand selected by Elegant Hearts, so you can feel secure that you will receive only the best.
You’ll have a video call to meet your photographer to discuss your vision and preferences.
You receive digitally edited photos of all photos taken.
There are various package options available depending on what you are wanting. These include;
- 1.5 hours which captures your ceremony, family and group photos and bridal photos.
- 6 hours which includes getting ready and Reception.
- Full day to capture all aspects of your special day.
Ceremony Set up
Your ceremony location furnished and decorated to create an amazing and magical space for your wedding ceremony.
Ceremony set up and pack down is all completely taken care of for you, so you can enjoy your special day knowing everything it taken care of for you, including:
- Beautiful Arbour decorated with white drapes and flowers
- 24 white chairs
- Signing Table, chairs and decorations
- Welcome sign
- Aisle runner
- Simple aisle decorations
Also Included
- All legal requirements and paperwork to solemnise a marriage including submission of paperwork to Births, Deaths and Marriages.
- A commemorative wedding certificate presented to you on the ceremony day in a beautiful black frame (who doesn’t love same day framing!).
- Official Marriage Certificate arranged on your behalf, to be posted from Births, Deaths and Marriages to your desired address.
- All necessary appointments and communication before the day.
- Assistance with writing vows.
- Rehearsal either at the venue or similar to ensure smoothness on the day.
- Professional sound equipment is used to ensure everyone can hear your story and connect. This can also be used for your music during the ceremony.
- Signing table and chair as required.

Among these gardens are some stunning Wedding Ceremony locations including ‘The Island at Wattle Garden’ which gives you a backdrop of the lake or ‘Connections Garden’ which features a platform over the pond.*

Imagine your dream wedding in an enchanting 17th Century styled garden amongst the delicate wisteria, vibrant dahlias and elegant roses.
Located within the Blue Mountains in Mount Tomah is this beautiful Formal Garden with manicured lawn, surrounded by hedges, trellises an arbours.

Gazebo at Weir Reserve, Nepean River, Penrith

On the banks of the Nepean River within the Weir Reserve near Penrith, is a gorgeous gazebo that overlooks the river and is set amongst colourful roses (between September and March).
This gazebo is a popular choice for weddings and is absolutely beautiful. It sits within a peaceful grassy picnic spot and has a backdrop of the Nepean River.
Photo’s look absolutely gorgeous with the gazebo and there are some stunning spots along the river where you can beautifully capture your post ceremony bridal photos.
Your wedding car can pull up right near the gazebo so everyone can see you arrive and you can show off your chosen wedding vehicle.

Stanley and Florence Twight Reserve, Collaroy

Stanley & Florence Twight Reserve is a stunning grassy area with a backdrop of the ocean. Sitting between Collaroy Beach and Fishermans Beach, not far from Collaroy Rockpool.
This reserve is a beautiful spot that overlooks the water and is a popular spot for weddings due to its beauty and location.
The Northern Beaches is a fabulous peace of Sydney with a casual beachy vibe. The reserve itself is perched up on the edge of a cliff which helps give it its picturesque views. Fishermans Beach is a short walk down some stairs so you can get your bridal photo’s on the beach.
There is also a gorgeous rockpool at the base of the cliff which looks absolutely amazing in bridal photo’s.
